How Does it Work?
Each participant is given their own hat and apron. They'll now look like real bakers ready to start!
We start by winnowing and separating the wheat kernels, grinding the grain in a hand driven wheat mill specially imported from France.
Next, we sift the flour, make the dough and then bake our own matzos - all under the pressure of the 18 minutes time limit!
You'll feel like you're in a real Matzah Bakery with the separate flour and water cubicles.
Plese note: any matzah produced will not be Kosher L'Pesach!
We will be running two sessions: 10 -11am and 11am - 12pm
£4 per person
Children must be accompanied by a parent.
