Jami are accredited providers of Adult Mental Health First Aid. This internationally recognised training course is the gold standard in equipping you with skills you can use as a ‘first aid response’ to help someone in distress. Come and join us to learn more about a variety of mental health problems, the course will cover:


  • An in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing

  • Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues

  • Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress

  • Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening

  • Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support


Doors open and refreshments from 6.45pm, course starts promptly at 7pm. Please note: to receive accreditation, it is mandatory to attend all four sessions.
