4-day tour of Lithuania which includes a 5* experience of Kovno and Trakai with Shabbat in Vilna

Walk in the footsteps of the Vilna Gaon,

Pray in the last remaining shul of historic Vilna,  

Experience the tragedy of Lithuania's Jews during the Holocaust,

Visit the beautiful town of Trakai with its unique community,

See first-hand the history of an 800-year old community and 

Tour the famous area of Slabodka.

 

Final Balance of £859* (£180 single supplement) + Flights (Flight information will be sent out in due course).

 

A deposit of £100 is required. The cost can be paid in full or monthly direct debit.

Insurance: Throughout the trip you will be included in our group travel insurance policy with Chubb Insurance which includes medical cover. Guidelines and details are available on request. You must advise us of any pre-existing medical/physical conditions. You will not be covered if you are travelling against medical advice.

By completing this form and paying the balance for the trip you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

 

Terms & Conditions:

1.     These Terms and Conditions form part of an agreement ("The Agreement") between myself and The US for the purchase of a place on the South Hmpstead Lithuania Trip.  Returning this form is regarded as evidence of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

 

2.     No refund will be given for any cancellations.

 

3.     Bookings are non transferable.

 

4.     In the event of accident, illness or any other reason a senior member of the US deems it necessary, you will be taken to the local doctor or hospital.

 

5.     Any wilful damage caused by a participant will be their responsibility and they will be charged accordingly.

 

6.     The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the programme where this is found to be necessary. If the programme is cancelled a refund will be made.

 

7.     I understand that I am insured for the trip so long as I have not been advised not to travel by my doctor.

 

8.     I understand that the US will not be responsible for any medical condition which may result from my failure to disclose relevant information prior to the Trip.

9.     I have declared any drug which I may be allergic to.

 

10.   Illegal drug taking or other illegal activities will result in immediate expulsion from the trip. 

 

11.   The Laws of England and Wales govern this agreement and the parties to it irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts, other than where arbitration at the London Beth Din is mutually agreed.
