BES Shul Yom Kippur Kol Nidre registration

Please register here if you would like to attend Yom Kippur Kol Nidre services at BES during COVID-19 restrictions. All Yom Kippur services will take place at Croxdale Road, Yavneh and Allum Hall.

Click here to book for Rosh Hashanah Evening Services, Rosh Hashanah Morning Services, Yom Kippur Kol Nidre Services, Yom Kippur Day Services and Yom Kippur Minchah & Ne'ilah Services.

BOOKING HAS NOW CLOSED. CONFIRMATION EMAILS TO THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKED WILL BE SENT OUT SOON.

By continuing with this registration you are acknowledging that outside of a change in your isolation status or a genuine emergency you are commiting to being available to attend the service. This is the first part of a 2 step process and attendance will be confirmed back to you at a later date. If you are unsuccesful please do not attend as you will be turned away.

All services will be socially distanced which means that a limited number of people will be allowed to attend. Facemasks must be worn and singing will not be allowed. Anybody who has COVID-19 symptoms, or has been exposed to someone in the previous 2 weeks who then tests positive, must not attend any services at BES.

As you know, pikuach nefesh - preserving life - is a religious imperative that overrides all other mitzvot. Although it is difficult not to be able to participate in communal activity, our primary concern must be for our health and safety and that of other people. Therefore, if you are vulnerable we advise that you do not attend but if you choose to then we ask you exercise extreme caution.

As you can appreciate, the social distancing rules severely reduce the Shul’s capacity, therefore, spaces will be limited. A decision committee will review all registrations and where there is excess demand, a lottery will be run by the decision committee to allocate spaces.

Once you have selected your ticket option below, on the following screen you will be asked to specify which location and time, and if you would be happy to attend the same service at a different site if the one you have requested is over-subscribed.

You will be contacted at the email address you use for registration in due course to confirm whether you have a place or not. If you have been contacted saying you do not have a place, please DO NOT attend the service as you will be turned away.

Places are allocated for both men and women at all services, and services are open to adults and to youth in year 7 and upwards. Slots must be booked for all those who are attending. Younger children should not attend services at all - information on activities for children will follow in due course.

BOOKING HAS NOW CLOSED. CONFIRMATION EMAILS TO THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKED WILL BE SENT OUT SOON.

Please note the following important points:

BES Members will have priority at ALL services. If you are a member and have your family staying at you then you may book member tickets for them as well.

Kol Nidre services will take place in the Main Shul and Old Shul at Croxdale, in the Hall and the Gym at Yavneh, and at Allum Hall. If you book for Croxdale or Yavneh, you will be allocated a service based on demand.

If you have a Yahrzeit or are saying Kaddish you will have the option to include a note of this in your booking.

Stewarding: We need people to assist with stewarding the services - at least one for each service and potentially two or three for busier services. If you are able to assist with this, please select the appropriate option when booking. We will then get in touch to confirm if you are needed and will ask you to arrive 15 minutes early. Many thanks for your assistance.
